Price: Free

• Single line Daycare.com listing

• You will appear below paid listings and ads

Daycare.com Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Daycare.com, we are committed to providing high-quality tools and services to help families find and manage childcare, and to help providers grow their businesses. To maintain fairness and consistency for all users, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our subscription plans.


1. Non-Cancelable Subscriptions

By subscribing to any monthly or yearly plan on Daycare.com, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription is non-cancelable during the active subscription period. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual (yearly) subscriptions

Once a subscription is activated and payment is processed, it will remain active for the full billing period selected, regardless of usage or account activity.


2. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial refunds for unused time

  • Refunds for forgetting to cancel before renewal

  • Refunds due to inactivity

We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled before the end of the billing cycle.


3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings prior to the renewal date. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to be charged automatically according to your chosen plan.


4. Subscription Management

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and account settings. You may:

  • View renewal dates

  • Update billing information

  • Disable auto-renewal

  • Please visit www.Daycare.com/pay to change subscription settings

All changes must be made via your Daycare.com account dashboard prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges.
