Can I cancel my listing at any time?
The good news is, yes, you can cancel your listing at any time. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your listing on Daycare.com. Here's what you need to know about the cancellation process:
How to cancel?
To cancel your paid listing, please follow these instructions:
Please go to https://www.daycare.com/manage-listing
If you are not already logged in, please log into your account with the email and password you signed up with. You must be logged in to cancel.
Select the listing you want to cancel. Most providers will only have one listing, but if you have more than one, select the listing you want to cancel.
Click Cancel or change subscription. (see image)
The list of all our plans will appear. Select Free to downgrade to a Free Plan. (see image)
You will no longer be billed after your current subscription term has expired.
If you have more than one paid listing, you will need to repeat the steps above for each listing.
If you are upgrading, the process is the same, except you will select the new plan.
Monthly Subscriptions
Once you initiate the cancellation process, your paid listing will be canceled immediately.
However, you will retain your paid listing benefits for the rest of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for partial months, so you will enjoy the advantages of your paid listing until the end of the current cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
If you have an annual subscription and choose to cancel, your annual listing will expire at the end of the current paid cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for yearly subscriptions.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor, for all our transactions. You can have confidence in the reliability and security of your payments.
